September- Apple Mosaic Tart with Salt Caramel

My sister Deb makes a mean apple pie.  It rivals pumpkin at every Thanksgiving dinner.  She has been looking for a reason to stray from her pie plate and work some apples into a new medium.  It isn't quite Thanksgiving, so she can still do it without making us fear her pie will be absent from the annual spread.  If your are looking for an excuse to go apple picking this weekend, here it is.  Cheers for getting this ridiculously fun tart out of the oven and onto the table.  Check out this recipe for Apple Mosaic Tart with Salt Caramel.
